The Fisheries Control Directorate supervises, coordinates and monitors the work of the Port Authorities regarding the implementation and observance of fisheries legislation and the protection of fishery resources, through the following Departments:
a) Control of Fishing Activities Department
b) Fisheries Control Applications and Fishing Vessels Monitoring Department
c) International Cooperation Department
